Four of the world’s top jazz improvisers combine forces for a performance of high-energy sounds at Ballroom Marfa. While reminiscent of John Coltrane, Cecil Taylor, Ornette Coleman, and the Art Ensemble of Chicago, the quartet’s sound is shaped by their ever-changing contemporary creative visions.
